Patti spent her youth in idyllic Coeur d’Alene Idaho. She graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS in Microbiology, along with a postgraduate degree in Medical Laboratory Science. She worked at the Inland Northwest Blood Center, performing laboratory testing for patients who require blood transfusions or Stem Cell transplantation. Patti began working in earnest with her dad on the intergenerational transfer of the family’s Rafter Seven Tree Farm by following him around the farm and asking a lot of questions. Patti is proud to be a 4th generation Tree Farmer and a 3rd generation WFFA member. She is the secretary for the Northeast Chapter of WFFA as well as the secretary/treasurer of Rafter Seven. In addition, Patti serves as the Charitable Contributions Coordinator for the Washington AgForestry Class 32, is a board member for the Stevens County Farm Bureau and is on the Steering Committee for the Inland Empire Tree Improvement Cooperative. Her goal is to protect, nurture, and advance her family tree farm for the next four generations. Her personal interests include traveling and snowshoeing.
