Dave Roberts started his long relationship with the forests while getting his Associates Degree in Forestry at Grays Harbor College, and his Bachelors in Forest Engineering at the University of Washington. He began his career with Weyerhaeuser then had stints with Longview Fibre, Sealaska, the Washington Department of Natural Resources, before retiring from Port Blakely in 2022. He has served as the president of the Lewis County Chapter of WFFA and currently consults for West Coast Forestry.
