At many chapter and state gatherings, raffles are held to raise money for scholarships and other activities. Since those gatherings haven't been held recently, Northeast Washington Farm Forestry Association has organized a state-wide, donation-based raffle for a chain saw, donated by Hartill’s Saw & Tractor in Chewelah.
