Washington Farm Forestry Association has created a "Legal Fund" for routine legal advice or documents where pro-bono options are not available. It was jump-started with a generous donation by one member, and additional contributions have been made by individual members.
Use of this fund requires authorization of the Executive Committee ($1,000 or less), or the Executive Board (over $1,000). Non-routine participation in direct legal actions is not an anticipated use of this fund, particularly if not seen by the Executive Board to benefit the entire membership.”
