Membership Renewal

  1. In form below, please select your membership level for next year, which automatically fills in the amount due. If desired, indicate the number of ADDITIONAL chapters that you wish to join and any additional contribution that you'd like to make, which will be added to the amount due. (One chapter membership is automatically included with each membership.)
  2. Next, scroll down to the "Member Information" section that is already filled with the primary name and address for your membership record from the previous year. Please review this for accuracy and make any corrections or changes as well as indicating your local and additional chapter choices.
  3. Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and add your Credit Card details.
  4. Click "Confirm Contribution" button, review the displayed information and finalize by clicking the "Make Contribution" button.

Please select your membership type. Paid dues will provide you with membership in the state association and one local chapter.

You may also join additional chapters at a cost of $10 each. Please enter the number of chapters, in addition to your local chapter, that you wish to join.

Please enter any amount that you'd like to contribute beyond the amount of your dues. Enter just numbers, no decimal or dollar sign (e.g. 75 or 100) the system will do the rest.
